Welcome
The Saint John Shambhala Buddhist Meditation Group has been practicing meditation and studying the dharma together since 2003. Our members come from a variety of religious and spiritual viewpoints. Our commonality is seeking mindfulness and awareness in our daily lives.
We meet Wednesday evenings at 7:00 p.m. and every second Sunday of the month at 11:30 a.m. We also offer meditation instruction. Newcomers are warmly welcome, Buddhist and non-Buddhist alike.
The next meditation instruction sessions for newcomers will be held SUNDAY MAY. 10th AT 10:30 AM. (There will be no meditation instruction or potluck in April.)
For more information or if you would like to join us, please contact us and leave a message.

Acharya Moh Hardin
"Egolessness and Ego"
Sept. 12-14, 2008
"What did the Buddha discover that allowed him to attain enlightenment? He discovered that what we call ego - that which separates us from all other life - in reality has never truly been there. It is only a concept in our mind."
